Working in close partnership with an interior designer, we developed a comprehensive renovation plan tailored to the client’s goals. The design focused on improving flow, function, and aesthetics, while maximizing the home’s natural surroundings and structural potential.
The entire interior of the home was renovated with a focus on both form and functionality. From upgraded layouts to all-new finishes, lighting, flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures, every detail was chosen to elevate the everyday living experience.
The homes exterior was modernized with a full overhaul, including updated siding, roofing and paint. These improvements not only refreshed the curb appeal but also enhanced durability and energy efficiency.
To complete the transformation, the property’s outdoor spaces were redesigned with a full landscape renovation. This included new custom fencing and gates, drainage around the property, concrete pavers, plantings, hardscape features and outdoor living areas that extend the beauty of the home into the surrounding environment.
