The renovation began with a collaborative design phase, working closely with client and interior designer to reimagine the layout and aesthetic. The design focuses on maximizing space, natural light and creating a fluid connection between each level of the home.

• Full Interior Renovation

Each level of this three-story home was thoughtfully transformed—from structural updates and layout reconfiguration to all-new finishes and fixtures. High-end materials elevate each space, including custom cabinetry, engineered hardwood flooring, designer lighting, and modern tile work.
The renovation encompassed a full main-level kitchen and a lower-level kitchenette, along with all bathrooms, laundry areas, and reimagined living spaces. A fully customized home office and upgraded storage solutions were also integrated to meet the client’s lifestyle and functional needs.

• Exterior Renovation

The home’s exterior received a complete refresh, including a new entry door, upgraded decking and railings with a waterproof membrane, integrated Infratech heaters beneath the deck for year-round comfort. Additional updates include all-new exterior lighting and paint to enhance both curb appeal and durability.
